Title IX

The Title IX Coordinators serve as the grievance officers and coordinate the District’s efforts to comply with and carry out responsibilities under Title IX, including any complaint under Title IX.  They are vested with the authority and responsibility for investigating all sexual harassment complaints in accordance with the procedures set forth in the accompanying regulation and staff and student handbooks.  Any investigatory responsibilities of the Title IX Coordinator may be delegated to a designee trained in Title IX compliance and procedures.

Reports may be made in person or made 24 hours a day via email, phone, or mail.

Staff training material to help understand what Title IX is, what conduct may be a Title IX issue, what potential and actual violations must be reported, and to whom any complaints or observations should be reported was conducted through the district's online training module. Staff have access to training modules on our training website.
