The Office of Innovative Practices supports traditional and nontraditional programs that improve student achievement or student growth, close achievement gaps, decrease dropout rates, increase high school graduation rates or increase college enrollment and completion rates.

The Office of Innovative Practices consists of State/Federal Programs and Grants. The goal of the Office of Innovative Practices is to support school and district leaders in designing, implementing, and evaluating federal and state programs, resulting in high-quality education for all MTHCS students; while activity seeking additional grant funding to support the academics of our students.
