The Mt. Healthy City School District is a member/participant in the Greater Cincinnati Insurance Consortium, which allows the District to offer a variety of Employee Benefits to eligible Employees, Dependents and Families. Here is the link for members: GCIC Insurance Consortium
Eligible Mt. Healthy City School District employees have access to several employee benefits, including medical plan coverage, dental plan coverage, vision care coverage, life insurance, retirement plan participation (STRS/SERS), and flexible spending accounts – Section 125 Plans.
In addition several programs are offered for eligible employees including paid vacation, personal leave, sick leave, and Family Medical Leave Plan. Employees may choose payroll deduction the Credit Union, 403B and 457 tax sheltered plans, prepaid legal services, and teacher dues.
