.Rebecca J. Brooks has been with the district for 17 years as treasurer. She oversees all accounting, payroll and financial reporting requirements of the district. The Treasurer is responsible for the preparation of the annual budget and the publication of an annual report. By December 1 of each year the District must issue an annual financial report. This report is published in the district calendar each year. The Treasurer reports directly to the Board of Education and also serves as the Secretary to the Board. In this role, all contracts, documents, and the official minutes of all Board meetings are kept for safekeeping. Board meeting minutes and audio tapes are public records and are available for review by any citizen during business hours.
