Alumni News Alumni Newsletter Want to stay informed about what is going on in Mt. Healthy? The Mt. Healthy Alumni Association is offering annual subscriptions to the Alumni newsletter. The newsletter will be issued monthly and the cost is only $10 per year. The newsletter will include articles about the Alumni Association, Board of Education, athletics and many other events in Mt. Now you can fill your tummy and help the Mt. Healthy Alumni Association at the same time. Diners who eat 5-8 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month at CiCi's Pizza, Brentwood Plaza, will have 10% of their bill donated to the Alumni Association, courtesy of the restaurant. Alumni Band on CD The Mt. Healthy Alumni Band is now offering compact disks of albums made by the Mt. Healthy Band. We have CDs from 1967, 1968, 1968-Espanenglish, 1970, 1971, and 1976-Europe. These CDs are duplicated from the original vinyl albums, and have been filtered to remove the static and scratches associated with LPs. All profits from the sales of the CDs benefit the Mt. The bricks will be placed at the Board of Education office in Harrison Avenue. Proceeds to benefit the district's student scholarship fund. To order, download our brick form. For more information, call Rose Kahsar, 522-1612. Reunion Notices Class of 1960: 50th Reunion! ....The Class of 1960 will host its 50th reunion Oct. 15, 16 and 17. Carol Haskins, former class president, is planning to gather alumni for the high school homecoming on Oct. 15. A B&B Riverboat cruise is planned for Oct. 16, along with a host of other activities. Cost is $55 per person. Families are invited, too. A grill will be sparked around 4 p.m. Bring your own food to grill; side dishes encouraged.
